TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ROCKELLS FARM SECURE DOG WALKING FIELD

Disclaimer 

Keeping within the law regarding responsible dog ownership, you are completely responsible for you and your dog's safety and welfare whilst at Rockells Farm Secure Dog Field and surrounding private property. You should be in control of your dog at all times. We therefore will accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, illness or death.

Agreement to Terms

By booking and using our secure dog walking field, you (the "Owner") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

Facility Use

• The secure dog walking field is exclusively available for the purpose of walking and exercising dog(s).
• Access to the field is granted based on availability and is subject to the booking confirmation.
• The field is designed for off-leash use; however, owners are required to supervise their dogs at all times during their visit.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system 
• Payment is due at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
• Fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another available time slot if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

Dog Requirements

• All dog(s) using the facility must be vaccinated, flea-treated, and in good health. We reserve the right to request proof of vaccination or health certificates if necessary. If your dog is or has been ill (sickness, diarrhoea etc) within the past 48 hours – please reschedule your appointment.
•  Do not attend your appointment if your dog(s) has (or you suspect your dog has) kennel cough
• Owners are responsible for ensuring that their dog(s) are well-behaved and do not pose a risk to others.

Owner Responsibilities

• Owners must remain present with their dog(s) at all times and maintain control of their dog(s) during their visit.
• Owners must pick up after their dog(s) and dispose of waste in the designated bins provided.
• Owners must ensure that their dog(s) do not cause damage to the field or its equipment.

Health and Safety

• We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises. Owners use the facility at their own risk.
• In case of an emergency, owners must immediately notify staff or the appropriate emergency services.

Prohibited Activities

• The use of the secure dog walking field is strictly for dog walking and exercise purposes. Please contact us directly in relation to commercial dog walking or training.
• The consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is prohibited on the premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in or around the field.
• Owners must ensure their dog(s) do not disturb other users, and excessive barking should be managed.

Field Rules

• Owners are responsible for ensuring the security of the field by closing all gates after entry and exit.
• Do not exercise your dog(s) outside of the secure field.
• Owners should not leave any personal items unattended in the field, as the facility is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
• Please do not litter, this includes dog toys
• Please pick up all poop! (even if it doesn’t belong to your dog) this should keep the field clean for everybody’s enjoyment. Please dispose of poo bags in the bin provided. 
• Please do not arrive before your appointment and ensure you have your dog(s) back in your vehicle 5 minutes before the end of your session. 
• Please keep dog(s) on the lead within the car park area
• Please do not get dog(s) out of vehicles until the previous session user has finished and safely loaded their animals.
• Please do not allow your dog(s) to dig holes or damage the perimeter fence or anything else in the field.
• XL Bullies and Control Order Dog(s) please contact the management of the field directly before you book a session.
• Please report any damage or issues to management on dogfield@rockellsfarm.co.uk
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a full refund will not be provided.
• In the event of bad weather, the field may be closed temporarily. Owners will be notified in advance, and bookings will be refunded as appropriate.
• No extension is allowed for late arrival to the field. 
• We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.

Liability

• The facility is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by you, your dog(s), or any third parties during the use of the secure dog walking field.
• By using our field, you accept full responsibility for any accidents or damages that may occur during your visit.
• Whilst the field is fairly flat, it might be a little uneven in areas and customers should take care underfoot. Please wear appropriate footwear for weather conditions.
• Professional hirers (dog walkers, trainers etc) must use their own insurance when using the field.

Privacy

• Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing bookings and communication. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and users are advised to review them before booking.
